One of the eminent Public Sector Banks in today’s banking landscape, Bank of Baroda has earned the crown of recognition by putting the consumers before anything else. From connecting with India’s gen Z and millennials to reaching out to the backbone of our Nation, the bank’s approach to go beyond the conventional means to simplify banking for its customers has been a major aspect.
Bank of Baroda wanted to augment their social media presence through better engagement and we provided the solution with a responsive, well-crafted campaign revolving around World Food Day. Starting with an awareness drive regarding the contributions of the farmers, our campaign consisted of recognising and felicitating the hard work and efforts of farmers. We built a platform that allowed the brand to have an increased approachability befitting the Bank’s personality on social media channels.
The main hindsight for this strategic campaign was to drive awareness and maximise engagement on contributions of the farmers along with how Bank of Baroda assists farmers in leveraging various financial assistance solutions and schemes. Additionally, the awareness drive primarily included several on-ground activities, benefiting the farmers. There were also several initiatives launched for assisting farmers in their prosperity. Our personalised campaign resonated with the target audience, fostering better connect and enhancing Bank of Baroda’s persona in the process.
