As IBEF expanded its global reach, it needed a digital system that could support frequent website updates and a daily newsletter for over 80,000 subscribers, while keeping the entire flow seamless and reliable.

We rebuilt the ecosystem. The website was managed around the clock, handling 120 - 150 updates each month, with tenders, reports and news articles published within 30 - 45 minutes.

The daily newsletter delivered through an authenticated setup, maintaining consistent reach with an average open rate above 25% and a bounce rate under 1%.

To support growing traffic, we stabilised the hosting environment and strengthened the site’s structure through improvements to metadata, schema and crawl behaviour, creating a more stable and discoverable system for IBEF.
